Like so many famous names in music, Linda studied at the Guildhall
School of Music in London. She went on to make her name in the field of
popular classics, starring in BBC Radio 2's Friday Night is Music Night,
Songs from the Shows, Melodies for You, and has broadcast live on Classic
FM Radio.
Linda has toured extensively with the Magic of the Musicals, opera and operetta. Her singing, which encompasses classical and light music has been enjoyed by many in concerts, theatres, and cabaret performances including prestigious shows in the West End, all parts of the British Isles, and around the world on many occasions. A recent trip to the USA proved very successful with a most discerning American audience.
Linda has also had the pleasure of singing at the Royal Festival Hall, the Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Wigmore Hall, as well as appearing in several Royal Gala shows and concerts with the BBC Concert Orchestra. She has sung for Royal events with the Royal Military Bands of the Scot's Guards, the Blues and Royals and the Royal Marines.
Linda has also appeared in many of top variety and music hall shows, including The Good Olde Days from the famous Leeds City Varieties, and has featured on many nation-wide tours with top British stars.
Linda tours the country with her solo show, where she features songs old and new from all the classic musicals. This year Linda is also presenting a fabulous new show where she is joined by two beautiful singers to present "The 3 Sopranos" along with international pianist Carol Anne Wells.
